About

Verizon Wholesale, part of Verizon Partner Solutions, enables companies to create and scale their own branded wireless offering on the Verizon network. Prospective MVNO resellers get network access through APIs and a GUI, with optional turnkey platform components covering sales, servicing, support and device ecosystem management.

Verizon hosts the two largest MVNOs in the country, Spectrum Mobile and Xfinity Mobile, under perpetual agreements that permit CBRS offload, and modernized those agreements in January 2026. The program includes policy controls, flexible prepaid and postpaid wholesale pricing, and reporting and analytics; no subscriber minimums are published.
